The Tilma is currently looking for full-time missionary staff who will serve in DeKalb County, with the main goal of evangelization!
The Tilma will approach mission in 2026 with three primary ministry arms:
- The formation and equipping of the local lay faithful for mission.
- The outward demonstration of Christ’s love in the form of radical hospitality.
- The final and most critical ministry arm to the success of The Tilma’s mission is the commissioning of a full-time missionary staff.
Main Roles:
The missionary staff will be a core group of individuals fully dedicated to our Lord and the mission he has invited them into. From this dedication will spring forth the consistency, zeal, and life of prayer that the people of DeKalb County will need.
Key roles of the missionary staff include:
- Lead small groups, bible studies, and discipline individuals in the life of mission.
- Assist on retreats, mission trips, and pilgrimages.
- Lead a youth group, and conduct catechetical and missional equipping courses for adults.
- Find and invite DeKalb County Residents to opportunities to encounter Jesus Christ.
